Roommates, voting has always been a heavy, controversial, and important subject. Everyone is encouraged to hit the polls November 6th for the midterms as these are the elections that determine who occupies house seats, governors and state legislature offices, and more. One business owner in Cleveland is encouraging the community to get out and vote by giving away tickets to see The Cleveland Cavaliers play the Brooklyn Nets.
Larese Purnell is a seasoned business owner in Cleveland, Ohio who is to give back financially and equip them with tools to help them elevate. One of his most recent endeavors is tackling the polls! Larese is giving away 24 Cavs tickets to Cleveland residents who get out and vote early today! Early voting in Cleveland began October 10th and will continue until Nov. 5th. AS you know, Nov. 6th is the actual day to vote.
“It’s the most important election — it’s the state election,” he tells us. “It affects the rules for the area that you actually live in.” Larese has two tickets per each voter. If you’re in Cleveland and are interested in getting your hands on a pair of Cavalier tickets, make sure you check out full details on Larese’s page!
We encourage you ALL to get out and vote for these midterm elections. There is still time to educate yourself on the offices and the importance of why each vote counts.
Take a friend and or family member with you to the polls and let’s keep the same energy we had when we got Obama in office!
Join the conversation on!
