The justice system just ain’t it anymore #Roommates! A Florida man was hit with a 20 year prison sentence for stealing 10 cartons of cigarettes y’all!
Robert Spellman, 48, was convicted of burglary and grand theft back in August after breaking into the manager’s stock room at a Circle K and stealing $600 worth of cigarettes.
According to CBS News, Robert already had “14 felony and 31 misdemeanor convictions prior to the cigarette theft, which qualified him as a habitual felony offender.” His constant mess ups caused the judged to give him a lengthy sentence to provide him with time to truly think about his actions.
