Roommates, do you guys remember the 90’s anthology series #TalesFromTheHood?! I used to BEG my parents to let me rent them from Blockbuster not knowing how scary it was ????
To refresh your memory, Clarence Williams III haunted a funeral parlor, ‘Major League’ actor Corbin Bernsen got eaten by dolls for being a racist, and Tom Wright was a zombie. The Spike Lee-produced series became a classic as it explored socially conscious themes coupled with the fact that it was released in the middle of the #OJSimpson trial!
Writer and director, #RustyCundieff, has been dropping hints that a sequel is coming! Last week, he finally let the cat all the way out of the bag and began using #TFTH2 in a series of tweets. In one of his most recent tweets, Cundieff revealed that the original music scorer for the first film has signed on for the sequel!
