It looks like the organizers from an Australian music festival is suing DJ Mustard after they claim he was a no-show.
According to TMZ, Noque Touring is reportedly suing DJ Mustard after they claim they paid him $50,000 to perform at the Jumanji Festival back in March, but he did not show up.
In the documents obtained by the site, Noque says they paid Mustard his fee and arranged his airfare, hotel, and transportation. However, on the day he was scheduled to perform Mustard tweeted, “the business behind this show wasn’t handled properly in time for me to make it there.”
Sorry Australia I was excited to come to Australia and see everyone in Melbourne and Sydney because it's been a while since my last visit, but unfortunately the business behind this show wasn't handled properly in time for me to make it there. Looking forward to catching you soon

The company has denied his claims and is suing for speaking against their name, the money that was paid, and also damages.
So far DJ Mustard has not spoken out about the matter.
