The Carters are officially owners of a massive Bel-Air estate that’s reportedly worth $90 million!
According to the Los Angeles Times, the home consist of six structures, including 30,000 square feet of interior space and 10,000 square feet of outdoor space. Amenities include four outdoor swimming pools, a 15-car garage, a full basketball court, spa and wellness facilities, a media room, separate staff quarters and an area for staff parking. Plus, the glass doors and windows are bulletproof!
The exact purchase price is not yet recorded in the public record, but once recorded, the LA Times reports “the $90-million transaction will be the highest this year in Los Angeles County.”
Looks like there’s plenty of room for Blue Ivy, Sir and Rumi to play!
