Apparently nothing went past Beyonce’s ears on Jay-Z’s new #444 album! Beyonce had an input on every single song, according to music producer No I.D.
No I.D told the New York Times that Beyonce was apart of all the brainstorming sessions during Jay-Z’s studio sessions. “I always call Bey our de facto A&R. Pillow talk is the strongest conversation on the planet,” he said.
“Every song has to get past her ears, in my eyes. She came by a lot and played a good part in helping us get over hurdles on certain records. Of course she’s genius-level with that,” he added.
Many fans speculate that Jay-Z’s latest project is a response to Beyonce’s “Lemonade” record. #Roommates, what’s your favorite track?
