#2Chainz’s fired a few of his restaurant’s staff members last week after he learned of its dismal health inspection score! Escobar Restaurant and Tapas received a 59 and it’s all being blamed on the five “rookie managers” who ran the establishment.
According to TMZ, raw hamburgers were allegedly stored above collard greens, raw seafood was stored above sweet potatoes and a “mold-like substance” was found in the ice machine.
2 Chainz immediately hired new managers who have at least five years in restaurant management experience and who are committed to getting the restaurant in tip top shape! A rep told TMZ that the staff has “made major changes to continue to be champions of food safety, service and just plain good food.'”
Yikes!! Let’s hope that everything turns around, because the food is actually really good.
