Even if you missed the Golden Globes on Sunday, you had to have heard about Meryl Streep’s speech.
If you missed it, in short, she addressed Donald Trump’s thoughts and actions about those different than him, and ultimately the importance of diversity in not only Hollywood, but in society.

We might be a ways from “higher plane of dignity and discipline” but after listening to Meryl give that speech, America isn’t as far off as we make ourselves out to be.
