Shirlene Quigley, 32, a professional dancer and dance teacher has been missing since Sunday. She is known for dancing behind some of music’s biggest stars, including Beyoncé, Rihanna, Chris Brown and many others.
According to Fox News, authorities in New Jersey have been investigating her disappearance. Police spokesman, Phil Swibinski said, “The North Bergen Police Department is actively investigating and has received a Missing Person report.”
Police say she was last spotted wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans and high heels outside of the Port Authority bus terminal in New York City around 1am. So far her car and cell phone have been recovered.
Her cellphone was located inside of a bridal store in Chelsea, where her father, Brad Quigley said she was more than likely picking something up for a show.
He became worried about her whereabouts when she didn’t call him around 6pm like she usually does. He also mentioned she recently said to a friend, “Get ready, it’s about to happen and I’m going to need you to sub for me,” which has caused some concern.
Rihanna took to social media asking fans for their help in locating Quigley, she said, “This beautiful soul, and former dancer of mine is MISSING!!!
