Yesterday news broke that a 2-year-old boy was dragged into a lagoon at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Orlando, which left many wondering what exactly happened?
According to TMZ, the little boy was with his parents and siblings walking in about a foot of water playing when the attack happened.
The boy’s father tried to rescue him but was unsuccessful and suffered minor injuries. This is an extremely sad situation but cops are saying there are “no swimming” signs posted all around the lagoon.
Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings, spoke at a news conference earlier and said “We know that we are working on recovering the body of a child at this point”
“Our ultimate goal is to try to bring some closure to the family,” he said
