Details About Tommie Lee’s Arrest
Local cops placed Tommie in handcuffs shortly after 2 a.m. at LIV, per NBC 6 South Florida. The arrest log reportedly accuses Atasha of being the aggressor.
She allegedly approached a man inside the nightclub and attempted to hand him something. When the man didn’t comply, she allegedly got aggressive, opting to curse and threaten the man with death, per the outlet. After she allegedly bopped the man in the face, he reportedly restrained her by her arms until police officers pulled up.
Surveillance footage from the club and an eyewitness have both reportedly confirmed that Tommie Lee poked the man. The man’s connection to Lee is unclear, but TMZ reports that he had “never met” Ms. Jefferson.
Officers later booked Lee into Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a misdemeanor battery charge, per WSVN.
It’s unclear if the reality TV star has since been released or whether she’s obtained an attorney. As of early Tuesday afternoon, her Instagram page provided no clues about her whereabouts.

This Isn’t Tommie’s First Or Second Time In Jail
Tommie gained a following after repeatedly appearing on ‘Love & Hip Hop ATL’ some years back. She’s since made her rounds on other shows in the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ franchise. Most recently, Lee joined Zeus Network on their breakout show, ‘Baddies.’
As mentioned, Tommie Lee isn’t new to public incidents of battery and assault or spending a night in jail. Her apparent explosive temper has long been a social media discussion among ‘LHH’ fans.
In Sept. 2023, HNHH (HotNewHipHop) reported that Tommie Lee had collected at least 32 mugshots. Her first lock-up happened at the age of 14. Between 2006 and 2014, Lee allegedly collected charges related to battery, hijacking a bus, shoplifting, and theft of service.
