What Happens In The Investigation Moving Forward?
According to the outlet, police have taped off the area near Drake’s Toronto and are currently investigating the incident at the scene. The rapper has yet to publicly address the incident at his home.
Additionally, TMZ has reportedly contacted his team. However, they have yet to receive a response.
Meanwhile, breaking news footage has surfaced from the scene of the shooting. The video shows the streets around his home being taped off. According to CP24, police have yet to share more information about the incident publicly.
The incident at Drake’s home arrives amid his public beef with fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar. As The Shade Room previously reported, the rift between the two sparked in March after Lamar took shots at Drake on Future and Metro Boomin’s single ‘Like That.’
Since then, the rappers have traded diss songs, resulting in a plethora of allegations being thrown, which include claims of domestic abuse, pedophilia, and more.
