Social Media Reacts
Social media users shared mixed reactions to Kesha’s strong words for Diddy in The Shade Room’s comment section.
While Instagram user @naejohnson_ added, “Not yall black people mad at her, but been draggin the Diddler this ENTIRE time. Y’all be so wishy washy.”

The Singer Previously Shared Sexual Assault Allegations Against Her Ex-Producer
As The Shade Room previously reported, Diddy has been accused of sexual abuse and sex trafficking since his ex-girlfriend and fellow singer, Casandra Ventura, sued him in November 2023.
Kesha has also been public about her alleged experience with sexual assault in the music industry. According to NBC News, in 2014, she sued her former producer, Dr. Luke, and alleged he “drugged and sexually assaulted her” in 2005.
Additionally, the singer accused Dr. Luke of “physically and verbally” tormenting her for over ten years.
In response, Dr. Luke sued Kesha for defamation. The singer’s sexual assault lawsuit was dismissed against Dr. Luke in 2016, and in 2020, the producer won his defamation case against Kesha.
Kesha reportedly appealed the verdict and won. The court reportedly told Dr. Luke that he needed to prove that Kesha “acted with ‘actual malice’ when she made her statements.”
Ultimately, Dr. Luke settled the defamation lawsuit with Kesha.
“As I always said, I cannot recount everything that happened. I am looking forward to closing the door on this chapter of my life and beginning a new one. I wish nothing but peace to all parties involved,” the singer stated at the time, per Variety.
Furthermore, Dr. Luke also released a statement after the settlement.
“While I appreciate Kesha again acknowledging that she cannot recount what happened that night in 2005. I am absolutely certain that nothing happened,” he stated. “I never drugged or assaulted her and would never do that to anyone. For the sake of my family, I have vigorously fought to clear my name for nearly 10 years. It is time for me to put this difficult matter behind me and move on with my life. I wish Kesha well.”
