“Love Is Blind” has produced several married couples in the last five seasons. But Lauren and Cameron Hamilton continue to reign as the series’ most popular pair.
Their love story unfolded in the debut season of ‘Love Is Blind’ and continues to receive online attention and praise through every new installation drop. This week, fans are extra hype for the Hamiltons because they’re celebrating their fifth anniversary.
Messages Lauren & Cameron Shared For Each Other
In heartfelt messages posted to Instagram, both Lauren and Cameron suggested their love has only grown stronger through the years.
“5 years into forever! I can’t believe we’ve been married half a decade…somehow each day I’ve come to love you a little more! You are such a gift, and I’m so grateful for you @cameronreidhamilton. Thank you for being you and loving me for me. I love you deep,” Lauren wrote.
She paired her positively gushy caption with a montage video of their life together. The video shows clips from their time on ‘Love Is Blind’ and private moments with each other and their pet dog.
Rather than a video montage, Cameron shared a few boo’ed up selfies and solo shots of Lauren goofing off and chilling.
“Happy Birthday and happy 5th anniversary to my best friend and the love of my life! You have shown me a depth of love I didn’t know existed. I’m so grateful you were born and that you chose to spend this life with me through the storms and the sunshine. You make this world brighter,” Cameron wrote in the caption.
The last clip in his post — a video of him slapping Lauren’s peach — got extra praise in his comment section.
“Ok am I the only one that left the last slide in a loop,” Instagram user @wunmi_yofarelng wrote.
“Cam out here clapping cheeks while chef’n! It’s a win for me,” @jesschill__ wrote.
“The last slide is the one Cam!” @kamikoils wrote.
The Hamiltons Renewed Their Vows Earlier This Month
Their official anniversary date is Nov. 16. This year, the couple celebrated five years and Lauren’s birthday (same date) in Las Vegas, alongside family and friends.
However, that celebration happened during the first weekend of November. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the couple revealed that a trip to see Usher perform evolved into a vow renewal. This time, the couple wanted a private celebration of their love — away from the cameras.
“We initially wanted to do another reception or something for our wedding. Because getting married on TV is nice because some things are covered, but you don’t get a chance to really do it how you want to,” Lauren told PEOPLE. “But then quarantine and COVID happened, so that kind of derailed everything for us…We’ve been so busy lately, and it’s like, it’s five years. This is the time to finally celebrate it in our own way, in a fun way.”
One thing Lauren and Cameron emphasized in the interview is their ever-growing love for one another. Even in their “challenging” times, Lauren and Cameron said they’ve pushed through by listening and valuing each other. They both shared an admiration for each other’s selflessness.
“Five years, it is both a long time and not very much time. Simultaneously, it’s really a matter of perspective. I mean, it’s gone by really quickly, but then there have been times where marriage takes a lot of work,” Cameron said. “You have to put in a lot to get to a good place, which I feel great about where we are. So, I’m really thankful for those times where it was challenging because it ultimately leads to a stronger marriage.”
The couple also had a photo shoot with the outlet on the Bellagio Hotel and Casino rooftop. Peep the beautiful photos below!
