Kanye West Still Ends Up Highest-Paid Hip-Hop Artist, Along With Jay-Z
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner was also removed from the list. She had last been on it back in 2019, when she was given the title of youngest self-made billionaire in the world.
West, 45, still ended up being the highest-paid hip-hop artist, along with Jay-A, in 2021, thanks to his Yeezy fashion line.
However, his antisemitic remarks made last year caused Adidas to end their working relationship with Kanye.
In Oct. 2022, West’s billionaire net worth then continued to drop due to the sports brand cutting their ties, decreasing his net worth down to about $400 million.
