Tyler Lepley and Miracle Watts are still going strong! The actor spoke highly of his girlfriend during a recent interview with The Breakfast Club while addressing former public tension between Watts and his ex-girlfriend April King.
Though King was believed to be Lepley’s former fiancée, Tyler clarified during the interview that King was only his girlfriend. Comedian Jess Hilarious, who co-hosted the Lepley sit-down, asked Tyler about the relationship between King and Watts.
In July, while Miracle was still pregnant with Lepley’s third child and her first, the women exchanged words online after Watts claimed their children as her own in a motivational video for fans. She mentioned having “kids to feed” as one of the reasons behind keeping her entrepreneurial journey going on tough days.
On Thursday, Tyler revealed that while there’s an improvement, there’s still more to be done.
“It’s a process. It’s definitely better than it was. Still got a little way to go. As much as I would not like it to be like that, I can’t rush anything,” Lepley said. “The one thing I will say is, again, that’s the mother of two of my children, and I have nothing but love and respect for her. You know I give her grace and patience as figures out what she gotta feel herself through.”
As mentioned, he acknowledged the hardships of having the public eye in their collective business. However, in the end, he praised Miracle for loving him and his kids.
“Miracle does such a great job of just loving me for everything and just the fullness of who I am and everything that comes with it,” Tyler said.
Here’s What April King And Miracle Watts Said To Each Other In 2022
In early July, Miracle shared a message for entrepreneurs hitting roadblocks, particularly financially.
“Stay motivated, stay consistent. I’m finna be a mama or whatever. I gotta buy some milk, I got kids to feed. So I just can’t give up. I just say this to say, y’all don’t give up, keep going. We got this gworls. We got it boo.”
King seemed to take issue with Miracle’s plural use of the word ‘kid.’ Though Miracle was still bumpin’ around at the time, Lepley was already a father to two children with April named Leo and Jade. Watts gave birth to their son, Xi Leí Lepley, in October 2022.
After sharing her motivational message, Miracle confirmed in the comments that she purposely used the words, KIDS, writing, “yes, I have 3 kids.”
“…you do? You have met Leo twice nad Jade once. They are not your children,” King responded.
Miracle responded to King’s call-out with a three-part explainer in the same comment section.
“@aprilamking #1 I would never try to fulfill your shoes as a mother, I have my own shoes to fill. #2 as [a] woman and mother you should feel good about someone who wants to embrace your children and include them as a family,” Miracle wrote to April. “Would you prefer the opposite? #3 I don’t do internet games, you have my number MS.KING!”
In a separate comment, Miracle added:
“@aprilking & I’m happy you can FINALLY write me from your real page, proud of you.”
At the time, Miracle also took to Hollywood Unlocked’s comment section to confirm what Lepley did on Thursday: King was never his fiancée. Additionally, Miracle said the narrative that he cheated on King with her is false.
“THAT IS NOT THAT MAN ‘EX-FIANCÉE,” Miracle directed at HU for their description of King in an Instagram post. “They were never engaged, nor did he cheat on her with me while they were together, chileee. IDK who made that up, but it’s FALSE!”
Miracle later replied to a user in the comments. She alleged King confirmed in a conversation with her that her relationship with Tyler had ended before the romance with Watts began.
Neither Miracle nor April has responded to Tyler’s reveal. On their IG Story, Watts shared a video of their infant son playing on a toy piano, while King revealed she was on a work trip and missing Leo and Jade.
