Rapper 50 Cent has been extending his acting resume throughout the years, and now he has a new project to add to the list.
According to Deadline, 50 Cent has been cast in STX Entertainment’s new crime thriller called, “Den of Thieves.” Christian Gudegast will direct it, as it will be based on his original screenplay, which was co-written with Paul Sheuring.
The synopsis for the project will, “follow the intersecting and often personally connected lives of an elite unit of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department and the state’s most successful bank robbery crew as they plan a seemingly impossible heist on the Federal Reserve Bank of downtown Los Angeles.”
50 Cent will be playing the role of Enson, who is a part of the gang that will consist of a group of multiple characters.
Recently 50 Cent expressed his frustrations after his hit Power was snubbed out of nominations for the 2017 Golden Globes.
Needless to say, 50 Cent definitly knows how to keep those acting roles coming in.
