Bill Cosby went off on the prosecutors in Montogomery County Court moments after he was convicted of sexual assault today, after they tried to get the judge to revoke his bail access.
According to @PageSix, prosecutors were trying to argue that Cosby was a flight risk, has a lot of money and could easily disappear.
“He has a plane,” District Attorney Kevin Steele told the judge.
Cosby reportedly was irritated by the claims and got up and yelled, “He doesn’t have a plane, you a**hole! That shows what you know!”
Judge Steven O’Neill immediately got the court room back in order, yelling, “That’s enough!”
Luckily, Judge O’Neil allowed Cosby to remain free on bail but was ordered to remain in Montgomery County until his sentencing, which has yet to be scheduled.
“Because of his age, his medical issues, I am not going to simply lock him up because of this,” he said.
Later at a press conference, Attorney Steele said Cosby revealed the type of person he really is in the courtroom.
“I guess you got to see a brief view of who he was. That’s just him acting out,” he said. “I think everybody got to see who he really is when each of those prior bad act witnesses got to testify. The guy was an actor for a very long time, it was an act, it was an act.”
