What in the Spirit Airlines is going on hea?! Roommates 3 women have been arrested in connection to their involvement of an attack on a #SpiritAirlines employee in Ft.Lauderdale!
A viral video of 3 women putting the paws on an unsuspecting Sprit Airlines employee is going viral. It seems Broward Sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance inside Ft,Laurderdale-Hollywood International Airport. As you can see from the video, the rowdy bunch started turning up outside of a gate before things took a hard left! Now, if I were you reading this, I’d want to see the whole video. SO YOU ALREADY KNOW WE GOT Y’ALL! See the mess below:
We spoke to a witness at the scene and he claims the reason the women turned up was because they were going to be charged a baggage fee at the gate. Apparently it was $65 to check your bag at the gate vs. $35 if completed online. The women reportedly weren’t having it so they decided to take things out of their bags. When they were told they needed to step aside and that they will be missing their flight. That’s when all hell broke loose, allegedly.
Spirit released a statement about the whole ordeal, saying: “We thank our team members for their professionalism and quick actions, and we also thank the Broward Sheriff’s Office for their assistance at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (Tuesday),” the statement read. “Three guests became combative following a delayed flight, and they were arrested for physically assaulting our team members. Three of our team members sustained minor injuries. This violent behavior is completely unacceptable and has absolutely no place in airports or any other place of business. We will not tolerate abusive behavior of any kind.
Now I’m sure we’ve all had, let’s call it… “an experience” with Spirit Airlines. But this right here is just TEW MUCH y’all! The Philadelphia natives have reportedly been charged with petty theft and battery. Whew! Talk about a vacation gone wrong. The women have since bonded out of Broward County jail.
