According to Washington County Family Entertainment, #RickRoss was scheduled to perform at an outdoor concert at Wild Things Park in Washington, PA. However, they say that he pulled out two days prior–along with the $150,000 they gave him upfront.
TMZ obtained a copy of the contract between both parties and it states that Rozay “cannot cancel once the contract is executed and tickets are on sale.” This means that he needs to return the $150K, except he has returned just under half, so Washington County Family Entertainment is suing for the remaining $87,500 plus expenses.
The rapper’s team denies this and claims that Rick only received $40K and that his contract states that he can reschedule if he became ill! They were gunning for August 12th, but now that they are suing, it’s not likely that he’ll come back.
