Kevin Hart and T.I. have a lot on their plates as they continue to grow their empires individually.
Nonetheless, the two are coming together to develop a new series on Showtime.
According to Deadline, Hart and T.I. have teamed up to develop a new scripted comedy called “The Studio,” where they will both serve as executive producers, and also make occasional guest appearances.
Based on the synopsis, the music-themed series “will chronicle the day-to-day and night-to-night antics that happen in a music recording studio, the people who work in this very unorthodox office place and the conversations you have when your peak work hours are from midnight to 6 AM.”
Now we all know as a multi-platinum selling rapper, T.I. is no stranger to the studio, and neither is Kevin Hart–as his alter ego, Chocolate Droppa dropped his debut project late last year.
Ayesha Carr who is known for working on “Everybody Hates Chris,” will pen the script, and the series will be produced by Lionsgate TV.
Roommates, will you be tuned in?
