Mama June from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is out here trying to be somebody’s snack, #Roommates! She has lost a large amount of weight and is now a size 4. She did it mostly through plastic surgery but eventually got a trainer.
Her oldest daughter, Pumpkin, tells ET, “She had gastric sleeve back in May of 2015, and then she slowly started losing weight, and the reason she got the gastric sleeve was because she hit a plateau–she couldn’t lose any weight.”
The 17-year-old then revealed why her mom ultimately hired a trainer to get the rest of the weight off. “And then it came to a point where [the trainer] had to step in because she hit another plateau with the gastric sleeve, and wasn’t losing any more weight.”
37-year-old Mama June also got surgery to remove the excess skin from her once 460 lb. frame and then got a boob job to top everything off! The family is chronicling her journey in her new show, Mama June: From Not to Hot.
The show debuts on March 24th, where they’ll reveal her new body by the show’s finale.
