An officer was getting gas at a local QT station in Atlanta on Thursday when he heard a round of four or five gunshots and found a young man dead on the ground.
The victim has been identified as Andrew Spencer, 30.
According to one of his friends, Andrew was helping one of the suspects at the gas station find the hot dog buns, the guy took it the wrong way and they exchanged a couple words. The suspect waited for Andrew outside and shot and killed him.
Andrew had a promising life ahead of him. He was a singer, songwriter, and most recently landed an acting role on a BounceTV series.
Channel 2’s Tyisha Fernandes had a chance to speak to the victim’s uncle about the family’s loss.
“How can you put into words, someone being that despicable, that evil to do something like this and the way it was done was like he’s done this before,” Gilmore said.
He continued:
“I promised my sister that I was going to look after him,” Gilmore said.
