According to FOX 5 Atlanta, music icon Queen Latifah’s car was carjacked at a gas station in Fulton County last week.
Apparently, someone else was driving the rapper’s car, who’s real name is Dana Owens, car and was pumping gas at the time of the incident. The victim says she heard the ignition start and before she knew it the thieves sped off in the rapper’s 2015 Mercedes Benz S63.
Luckily, authorities were able to locate the stolen car near an apartment complex where they found three men near the vehicle even though it was later revealed that they were not connected to the crime.
Upon inspection, it was also reported that the suspects left behind lemonade and fruit punch bottles in the car. They still remain at large.
