Looks like Stevie J will have to deal with the Puerto Rican princess longer than he hoped because it has been confirmed that he is the father of Joseline Hernandez’s baby.
According to TMZ, new court documents reveal that Stevie’s DNA results came back and he is the baby father! Well now that that’s out of the way, Stevie is seeking visitation rights as well as primary physical custody.
We guess all of this is to secure that Joseline doesn’t try to run off with the baby and cash the way another couple recently went through. Text message evidence shows that she threatened to keep the baby from him, one even saying “You will never see your daughter f**** n****.”
Stevie has already alleged that his former fake wife has a drug and alcohol problem and wants her to be tested within the first 24 hours of Joseline giving birth. He also want to be in the delivery room when it’s comes time to push.
She’s due Jan. 9th and from the looks of it this will be anything but a smooth ride.
