Word on the street is 50 Cent is heading back to court but this time he’ll be on the other side of the law.
According to TMZ, the Queens rapper, who’s real name is Curtis Jackson, is accusing there auto body shops of using his likeness without his permission.
Apparently, one of 50’s people went to Phenomenal Vinyl to get some work done on the rapper’s Rolls-Royce earlier this year. Upon arriving at the Queens shop, 50’s rep told the workers that they were not to post any pictures on the internet. Well one of them didn’t get the memo because images of his car appeared on Instagram. They even went as far as to tag 50 in the pics!
What makes matters worse is 50 believes PV is holding a pair of his rims hostage because he won’t pay $31k bill for it. He is alleging that the company over charged him because they are upset with the lawsuit.
The two other companies, Rim Source Motorsports and Forgiato, are also under fire for allegedly posting other pictures of other cars owned by Jackson.
It is unclear how much money 50 Cent is asking for but hopefully he puts it towards the other lawsuits he racked up. Lets chat below !
