Remember when we posted that TMZ video of Tyga being served with a lawsuit right before he tried to enter his birthday party? Well we just learned what the lawsuit was about… his repossessed Ferrari!
Alex Benedict, the man behind the lawsuit, is claiming that Tyga is once again failing to pay his leasing bill for his red Ferrari 488 and now he is calling for $150k!
Apparently, the whip was repo’d a second time after the rapper had failed to live up to his side of the deal when he got the car back the first time.
According to TMZ, Tyga was supposed to return the car on Oct. 9th but never did so the car was repossessed again on Nov. 8th.
