“Birth of a Nation” director Nate Parker just can’t seem to catch a break. The director is unfortunately back in the limelight for another rape accusation but this time he doesn’t have to worry about going to jail
According to TMZ, A female student trainer claims that back in 2000 Nate exposed himself to her. What’s interesting about this is that he had just gotten the thumbs up to join the team again while facing trial for a rape accusation. She said Nate said he wanted to show her something and then pulled his pants down and showed a little bit of his penis.
Nate’s lawyer claims her allegations are “completely untrue,” but prosecutors are taking this very seriously.
They are looking specifically at Penn State and whether or not they handled it correctly. She said she told the school’s assistant director and the school told her to report it to the police. She claims that she didn’t tell the police because she was afraid of what could happen.
