Erica Garner isn’t feeling Hillary Clinton after Wiki leaks released some more emails from Hillary’s Camp. The emails showed Clintons camp discussing the death of Erica’s father, Eric Garner, in “political terms.” Eric was tragically murdered back in 2014 after being put in a chokehold by a NYC city police officer. Erica has made it her purpose to protect her fathers name.
According to CBS News, Erica tweeted,
“I’m troubled by the revelation that you and this campaign actually discussed ‘using’ Eric Garner…Why would you want to “use” my dad?” Garner tweeted Thursday.
Erica was referring to emails where Hillary’s spokesperson Nick Merrill, and senior policy advisor Corey Ciorciari discussed an op-ed by on gun violence and whether they should use Eric to help Clintons stance on gun violence.
In the email Nick said,
“I know we have Erica Garner issues but we don’t want to mention Eric at all? I can see her coming after us for leaving him out of the piece.”
She also got Corey Ciorciar together as well! She tweeted,
“I’m very interested to know exactly what @CoreyCiorciari meant when he said ‘I know we have an Erica Garner problem’ in the #PodestaEmails19.”
Clintons senior policy advisor Mayor Harris got a thumbs up for Erica after she warned them that Eric’s death didn’t fit with gun violence since he wasn’t killed by gin violence.
Erica tweeted,
“I’m glad you had Maya on your team to explain why you wont be USING my dad in you f**king gun violence piece… Black woman saved your a**.”
