Looks like Chris Brown can breathe a bit easier when it comes to his pending gun charge because word on the street is its on its way to be thrown out!
TMZ reports that the evidence that was brought against Chris Brown after he was accused of threatening a woman with a gun while at his home isn’t sticking. Apparently, prosecutors have kicked back the case to police after it was received two weeks ago but the D.A. isn’t actively trying to move forward on the case.
The alleged victim, Baylee Curran has already been discredited by many sources so we can’t say we’re surprised. The case isn’t officially closed as of yet but the verdict is looking pretty obvious if you ask us.
