Just days after word hit that famed transgender actress Alexis Arquette passed, more details have surfaced on her death as well as what she was working on right before.
According to People, the Pulp Fiction actress died from an AIDS related illness. “She was sick for years,” the source tells told them. “At one point, she wasn’t able to leave the house; she was in bad shape.” Fortunately her family was right by her side throughout her final hours.
“The whole family rallied around her. And in the end they were always there to support her. Everyone knew [her death] was imminent. It was a matter of time.”
Well apparently before she passed, Alexis was considering writing a tell-all book after being approached many times to do one. According to the NY Post, a source told them that the actress was stressed over whether or not she should be a whistle blower for what could be some of Hollywood’s dirtiest secrets.
“She told me she was gearing up, and it was draining her because she knew she could blow the lid off a lot of closeted gay men and women and their respective marriages,” the source told the NY Post. “She said, ‘I’m not quite ready for that kind of battle. But when I do write my book, and uncover all the hypocrisy, this town will come to a stop.’”
We know this could’ve served as a problem for a lot of men in Hollywood and seeing how Alexis is not the one to hold her tongue we could imagine the kind of tea she would spill! She has had her fair share of petty tea spilling, especially that time she came for Will Smith on Facebook!
Back in January, the actress dragged Will and Jada for boycotting the Oscar and even went as far as to insinuate that Jada and Will are actually gay.
“When Jada comes out as gay and her beard husband admits his first marriage ended when she walked in [on] him . . . servicing his Sugar Daddy . . . then I will listen to them.”
Yeah Queen Petty! Either way, Alexis will be missed. Her brother took to Facebook to share how powerful the late actress was.
“He died as he lived, on his own terms. I am immensely grateful that it was fast and painless. It was an incredibly moving experience and I am humbled and grateful to have been able to have been with him as he began his journey onward,” he wrote. “Thank you, Alexis, I love you and will love you always.”
Our condolences go out to her family and friends.
