Sources Say Bishop Eddie Long’s New Figure Is A Result Of His Current Battle With Gastrointestinal Cancer

Last month, 63-year-old #BishopEddieLong of Atlanta’s New Birth Missionary Baptist Church shocked many after uploading a video of him sporting a very slim figure. The former body builder explained that he had chosen a vegan diet over the past few months and that no one should be alarmed of his appearance. Howe we, his new body has caused a lot of confusion, because even though he’s blaming his figure on a changed diet, he still looks unhealthy too many.

Well, this weekend, some clarity has been shed on the topic. Contrary to speculation that he had contracted AIDS, Obnoxious Tv reports that a very close source to the Bishop revealed that he is battling gastrointestinal cancer:

“The source shared their name and shared they were very close to Bishop Long and asked if Obnoxious Media would take it easy on bishop due to his having cancer. After a couple of phone calls and text messages it was confirmed this was a very reliable source. They explained that Bishop Long has cancer in his digestive system and it was discovered in the 4th stage and he literally has months to live.”

A source also confirmed to us that the Bishop is battling cancer as well, although they did not confirm what kind. The source told us that they were informed of his condition over two months ago and that his family says “it’s not looking good” for him. Eddie Long has also not preached in over three months which adds to speculation that something is not ideal with his health.

While Eddie Long has been the topic of very sketchy activities over the last few years, he could still use some prayer. Perhaps, this is a way that the truth is coming to light since he legally can’t speak on his lawsuit with the young men accusing him of sexual activity.

Let’s chat below.
