Officers Threaten To Not Work 49ers Game Amid Colin Kaepernicks National Anthem Protest

In the wake of Colin Kaepernicks continued protest of the national anthem, the police force that patrols the Levi’s Stadium has threatened to not work any home games!

According to USA Today, the Santa Clara Police Officers Association want the 49ers to take some form action against Colin for his pregame protests.

If things don’t go their way, officers could ‘respond by choosing not to work at your facilities’ according to a letter NBC Bay Area managed to get.

Spokesperson Lt. Dan Moreno told USA Today sports that the agency is expected to issue a response to their letter Saturday.
