Two TV Reporters Charged With Abuse After Cocaine Showed Up In Their Baby’s System

An Arizona news station may be looking for new reporters because two of their reporters are facing multiple felony charges after cocaine was found in their baby’s system.

According to Complex, Somchai Lisaius, 42, and his wife, 26-year-old Krystin Lisaius, noticed that their daughter was a little sluggish and wouldn’t eat so they took her to Oro Valley Hospital. Now this is where things get weird, so the couple didn’t allow doctors to draw blood from the baby so they went to Banner University Medical. Doctors ended up getting a urine sample from the baby and when they ran them tests it showed cocaine in her system.

Now I’m sure most of you are wondering how in world did cocaine end up in the 4-month olds system and their answer may surprise you. The couple told police that they snorted cocaine at their party on May 14. Krystin said she breastfed their daughter 12 hours later and had no clue the harm she was doing to her child.

The couple was charged with possession of a dangerous drug, drug paraphernalia, and child abuse.
