Yesterday we celebrated the men and women who have fought for our country in the U.S. military. Now 2 Chainz is using his platform to help those veterans that are in need.
According to XXL, he took to his Instagram to share that he would be taking a portion of the proceeds from his CEO Millionaires collection and giving back to homeless veterans.
In a promotional video he said, “We gotta use these platforms for good. Money isn’t everything but I can take my opportunities and turn it into opportunities to change lives. When you support this new CEO Millionaires collection you’re gonna be helping bring awareness to a problem we have in America.”
The photo shoot for the new collection was captured on Skid Row in Los Angeles. “This new collection is to bring awareness to the elephant in the room. Why ever should someone who defended our country be homeless? For Veterans Day we dropped a new collection all-military themed,” reads the company’s Instagram account.
The Atlanta rapper is known for taking the proceeds from his many ventures and helping those in need through his T.R.U. Foundation.
It’s great to see 2 Chainz continually giving back.
