Somebody MIGHT be homeless! Harlem rapper, Juelz Santana, just recently announced that he’s coming back to music, but today, he is making headlines for different reasons.
Bossip has obtained official court documents which shows that Santana hasn’t paid his mortgage, for his luxurious New Jersey condo, in over THREE years!
How the hell you forget just to pay your rent?!
Anyways, the judge ordered an official foreclosure April 22nd. Santana had 10 days to speak his part on why he hadn’t paid his rent, but the courts are claiming he blew it off because they never heard from him.
Wells Fargo is claiming that Santana took out a hefty $486,000 some years back, which was supposed to be used to pay the $540,000 on the condo.
But court documents are claiming that Santana stopped playing the monthly fee of $3,754 November 2013.
Santana owes a total of $688,219, plus $7,000 in lawyers’ fees, according to Bossip.
