Prince’s sister, Tyka Nelson, said the icon didn’t have a will and she filed paperwork today asking a Minnesota judge to grant her permission to oversee his estate, which means she’s set to inherit a lot of money if it goes through.
According to Newsday, She made the necessary filing in order oversee and manage Prince’s business interests since he passed away. It’s not clear yet just how much money Prince has but he’s made millions selling out concerts worldwide, and not mention his cool 27 million pad in Minnesota.
Tyka is Prince’s only full sibling so hopefully her intentions are good.
