Get your tissue boxes ready because Prince’s hit movie “Purple Rain” is heading back to a theater near you!
When Prince originally released the hit rock movie in 1984, the film brought in over $68.4 million dollars.
In honor of Prince, theaters across the country are giving fans the opportunity to see the hit movie back on the big screen one last time.
According to Complex, the film will be shown in more than 160 theaters. If you don’t have any plans tonight then you might want to head over to your nearest AMC because they’re actually going to start running the film tonight for the next six days. Carmike Cinemas will give its customers a chance to see it beginning April 23, in their 80 theaters.
Put your best purple outfit out and go out in style!
