Just when you thought these females were loyal, they turn around and do a 360! NBA player, Kyrie Irving is not only dealing with Kehlani’s quote on quote drama, but now his baby momma, Andrea Wilson isn’t fully satisfied with their child support agreements either!
Irving has been dishing out $4500 a month in child support sinceWilson has sole custody of their daughter. The Cavaliers player has been even paying for Wilson’s legal bills, moving expenses and of course extracurricular activities for their baby to participate in, but according to Bossip, apparently that still ain’t enough for his baby mama! Now this girl is asking for that the money be directly taken out of his bank account with full range on how she wants to spend it!
Wilson explained to Texas court this: “Andrea filed court papers asking a judge to enforce a new paternity agreement between the pair, which would give her sole control over how baby Azurie’s $4,500 a month in child support is spent. Andrea’s new proposed paternity agreement would also require the NBA to take the $4,500 a month child support directly out of his salary, according court docs filed in Tarrant County, Tx. District Court. It also puts it in writing that Kyrie is solely responsible for the child support.”
Welp Kyrie is clapping back and countered her lawsuit saying that Andrea is trying to damage his relationship with his daughter. He also requested that he be allowed to make decisions on how her child support checks are spent which he want to have entitle 15th of every month to pay. He feels as though there is no need for his child support to be taken out of his salary as long as he makes his payments on time which he says he has been doing since being put on child support last November.
“The mediated settlement agreement offends Kyrie Andrew Irving’s constitutional right to a relationship with his child, and should be set aside,” Kyrie’s lawyer said.
