All hell broke loose in a Philly restaurant last night when ‘Chappelle’s Show’ star Donnell Rawlings got into a scuffle with a staff member over a $12 tab!

Rawlings told TMZ that he was out for a bite at Little Pete’s when he got up to go outside for a smoke break. He then alleges that his waitress followed and began yelling at him, accusing him of trying to skip out on the bill. He insisted that he was going to pay but was never given a chance to.
An employee who saw the mess go down is saying something different though. She claims that Donnell got up apparently drunk and made it clear that he wasn’t going to pay. She says thats what prompted her to go after him.
The cops were called on Donnell but ironically he still paid his bill and even gave the girl $60 as a tip but that still didn’t stop him from going off about it on Twitter:
